My husband and I were finishing the basement to get ready to sell our house. Alex and his crew were better than anything we could’ve hoped for. Prompt and quick with responses. Before we even got a quote he was helping my husband understand the permitting and code process. He gave us recommendations for other subs for services he didn’t provide and we were extremely pleased with them as well. When we did receive the quote it was very professional, detailed and easy to understand. He was very patient with us as we went through the permit process and stayed in constant contact with us to keep our renovation on track. When it was time to start work he reviewed the quote with us to make sure it included everything we wanted. Once the price was agreed on, he never tried to add any extra expenses. While the work was going on him and his crew were very professional, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, came when they said they would and finished on time even with a snow storm! The finished product was wonderful. Great attention to detail, great problem solving and went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Alex and his crew were amazing beginning to end. The whole process was great. In the beginning Alex answered a ton of questions we had on the permitting process and checked in with us weekly while we went through that process. When it came time to start the job, he didn’t try to raise his original quote (and never tried to get more money throughout the whole process). While the crew was here working, they kept the site clean, they were here when they said they would be. We were finishing our basement to sell our house and Alex worked on the right time line and got things done right on time, even with a few snow day delays. The finished product was even better than I could’ve imagined. Glad we got to enjoy it a little bit before we move. 10/10 would recommend Alex to anyone who asks.

Highly recommend this company! Alex and his crew did a big job for me with whole home new paint (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets, repairs, everything). He also replaced ALL the flooring with new, high quality LVP. He was so good that he installed it all with seamless transitions. My investment property was in rough shape but after he finished it looked amazing.

He is prompt, reliable, communicates quickly, has competitive quotes, provides quality insight, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. His attention to detail was outstanding. He even drove around to multiple Lowes to do flooring pickups for me so we didn’t have to rely on delivery. I got connected to him by recommendation from a luxury realtor in northern Virginia and I’m very glad I did. I’ll be calling him for all future projects

We used Alex and his crew to wash inside and out of our 5 stall horse barn which was much needed- a year’s worth of dirt and grime! We couldn’t be happier with the work- Alex was fairly priced, on time, and did an incredible job. We are excited to use him for more services!

Alex helped me get my house ready to put on the market. Alex and his crew started out installing new word floors and their work was exceptional. In addition, Alex and his crew was professional and reliable. When Alex and his crew finished the job I came home to beautiful floors. Outside of having new floors, I could not tell they had even been at the house. They left everything spotless and disposed of everything. We were so happy with the work, we hired Alex to paint the inside of our house. Once again the quality was great and he completed everything in a timely manner. I ‘recommend them highly enough. Our house looked great and ready to go on the market.

I was all around super pleased with everything start to finish.

I hired Alex and his company to paint the trim on my very old house. He and his employees were professional and did a great job.

In my case I had to work backwards – I had a specific amount I could spend and asked what work could be done on that budget. Alex gave me a quote and all the expectations he laid out were honored. The work was completed on time and to the quality I was able to afford.

When an unforeseen problem did arise (the windows on my house were in much worse shape than anyone initially realized ) Alex did a great job of explaining different routes we could take, the different outcomes, and the different price points. Having the choices explained was a big plus in my books as it allowed me to make the choice I was comfortable with. And I didn’t feel pressured into any one specific option.

Some people have said that by saying “to the quality I could afford” is another way to say they didn’t do a good job. The truth could not be farther from that! I got exactly what I wanted and wasn’t surprised by any extra fees or overages. The paint job is beautiful and it makes that house look great.

Alex was extremely communicative, friendly, flexible, and professional. He and his team did a great job hanging and finishing our basement drywall. Great work, on time, and on budget. Can’t ask for much more.

Alex and his crew did an amazing job painting my basement, very polite and respectful team. my kids love the game room that he painted for us with all the colors that were added to the walls. Alex will go out of his way to make sure you are taking care of!!
